Frank Randolph (Spike) Noseworthy passed peacefully away on December
3, 2018 at Glenbrook Lodge; Son of the late Frank and Elsie
(Blackler). Predeceased by brother, Cyril; sisters: Joan, Olga, Noreen
and Olivia. Survived by his wife of 61 years, Margaret May (Fowlow);
children: Mark (Carol), Anne, Brian (Susan) and Derek (Kim);
grandchildren: Matthew, Nicole, Theo, Samantha and Alex; brother,
Alan; also a number of nieces and nephews, other relatives and many
Born on April 14, 1929 in St. John’s and grew up as a proud Feildian.
Dad had an illustrious 43 year career with Mutual Life of Canada. He
played euphonium and trumpet and was affiliated with the CLB Band for
over 40 years. His love for curling cumulated with his induction into
the NL Curling Hall of Fame and the Governor General’s Curling Club.
He was an honorary member of the St. John’s Curling Club and was a
longtime ham radio operator, VO1HG.
His family would like to acknowledge the staff of Tiffany Village and
Glenbrook Lodge for their warm and professional care over the past

John’s, NL, Sunday, December 9, 2018 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00
to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Anglican Cathedral of
St. John the Baptist, 16 Church Hill, St. John’s, NL, Monday, December
10, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with private internment to follow. Flowers
